Bro Fun Terms of Service

The developers of Bro Fun (“Bro Fun,” “BF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provide risk-on entertainment mini-games and related interfaces (collectively, the “Bro Fun Service”) via https://www.bro.fun and associated smart-contract front-ends. By connecting a wallet, starting a game session, or otherwise using the Bro Fun Service, you (“User” or “you”) confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). The Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines displayed on the Bro Fun Service form part of these Terms.

By playing any game, using demo mode, or interacting with any Bro Fun interface, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN (1) A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND (2) A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Effective Date.” Except for changes addressing new features, amendments take effect fourteen (14) days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1) What is the Bro Fun Service?

a. Overview

• Bro Fun offers risk-on entertainment mini-games deployed on the Monad blockchain.
• Each session may be recorded as an on-chain transaction.
• Players engage with interactive game mechanics that involve choice, timing, and session-based outcomes.

Comprehensive documentation may be provided via official Bro Fun channels.

b. Not a Security

• Game sessions, points, and any associated digital assets are entertainment products, not securities, commodities, or financial instruments.

c. Prohibited Countries

• The Bro Fun Service is not available globally. You may only use it if you are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Country.

• Prohibited Countries (subject to change):

  Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China (Mainland), Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela.

• You represent and warrant that you are not accessing from a Prohibited Country and agree not to use IP-masking or VPNs to bypass restrictions. We reserve the right to terminate access and invalidate rewards if you misrepresent your location.
